About the project
All over the world, creativity has been recognized as a key factor for innovation and growth. Researchers, R&D employees, and innovators in the production and services sector are at the forefront of innovative processes, but they might need help to enhance their creative thinking, innovation mindset and problem-solving skills to think outside the box and give prompt responses to new challenges and market requests. For many businesses, introducing innovative processes is demanding; tools at their disposal are usually based on technical counseling and hard skills expertise that don’t tackle the lack of culture of innovation and don’t help human resources to develop a mindset open to change.
